Toria Jenkins began her journey with Iowa Heartland in the summer of 2018. She applied to this program to make a better life for herself and her grandson, Devin. When asked what this means to her and Devin, she said “This means everything.” She never in a million years thought that she would be able to own a home, but with the help of our Homeownership Program, she was able to make her dream of a reality for herself and Devin. Toria will be moving into the final house in our Irving Square development at the end of March.
