Individual Building Opportunities

By volunteering locally with Iowa Heartland Habitat for Humanity, you can be part of the change you want to see in your community. You’ll volunteer alongside an experienced construction site supervisor and tasks may include framing and setting walls, roofing, hanging exterior siding, installing doors and windows, painting and much more.

Team Building Opportunities

Iowa Heartland Habitat for Humanity can schedule team building opportunities for groups of 4-8 volunteers. When you sign up your Volunteer Crew, you'll be able to view and select from available build dates that fit your team’s schedule. Once your date is confirmed, you'll receive a link for each team member to individually sign-up with your team via email to finalize their participation.
