Volunteer Team Sign Up
Join us for Women Build 2025! This amazing experience is all about engaging, empowering, and inspiring volunteers every step of the way. By becoming a Women Build Sponsor, you’re not just supporting a cause – you’re becoming part of something truly inspiring!
Together we will build two entire houses with our special Iowa Heartland Habitat families in Waterloo. There will be 36 task-specific volunteer days available between April-November 2025. Sponsored teams will be scheduled on a first-come first-serve basis by sponsorship level until all the spots are filled - so claim your spot today!
When you sign up, you will be able to view and choose an available date with defined tasks for that day. Task examples for Women Build 2025 will include things like: framing, windows, painting, siding, and more. Choosing a task that best fits your team will ensure the best experience possible while onsite! You will have confidence knowing what your task is and can prepare accordingly. As always, our friendly and knowledgeable site supervisors will help your team have fun and stay safe for a memorable experience.

Share Your Story!
New this year – share your volunteer experience and be part of all the progress from start to finish of the home build. It’s simple! Prompts and fun Q&As will inspire you to add thoughts to inspire others. It’s a memory bank with a heart. The more memories you add, the more meaningful this experience will be!
After you add your own memories – you can see the collection here on the Women Build Portal! We have collections set up for each home that is being built for our special families.
