The Marketing Coordinator plays a pivotal role in executing strategic plans to enhance Iowa Heartland Habitat for Humanity's visibility and support for its initiatives, including the ReStore. This role demands meticulous attention to detail, strong communication skills, and adeptness at managing multiple tasks and deadlines. From event support to social media management, this position actively contributes to the affiliate's outreach efforts.

Position Description:
The Construction Site Supervisor is a vital member of Iowa Heartland Habitat for Humanity’s construction team. This position leads day-to-day site operations across new construction and extensive rehabs. This position provides confident, patient leadership for volunteer build teams and Iowa Heartland Habitat homebuyers completing sweat-equity hours as well as works independently or with other construction team members in the absence of volunteers. The ideal candidate is a self starter with high integrity who sets and pursues clear goals for themselves and others, enjoys teaching safe, efficient building practices, and ensures an organized, positive on-site experience.
