Blueprints Checklist

Thank you for your interest in participating in Blueprints financial management program. In partnership with Iowa Heartland Habitat for Humanity and Family Management. Blueprints is focused on supporting your journey to homeownership by helping you build credit and pay off debts before qualifying for a traditional home loan. Through Blueprints, you will have access to monthly, individualized counseling for up to 24 months.

By completing this application, you are authorizing Iowa Heartland Habitat for Humanity to evaluate your current financial situation and run your credit report. To be eligible for Blueprints, your income should not exceed 120% of the area median income. You should have consistent monthly income to participate. Upon signing a partner agreement, your income information and credit report will be shared with Family Management.

Return items to Iowa Heartland Habitat for Humanity, 803 W 5th Street, Waterloo, IA 50702. Participants who qualify and complete the Blueprints program may be eligible for an Individual Development Account, up to $15,000 in down payment assistance and up to $15,000 in a home repair loan.
