FNI Survey Sign Up
The Flourishing Neighborhood Index (FNI) Survey helps us understand how our community is doing by gathering information directly from us. Surveyors from Church Row and Walnut hope to gather insights into the neighborhood so that the whole community can have collective power and resources to build and reshape a future we want for ourselves.
Who can take the survey? Adult (18+) residents of the neighborhood. Does not include business owners who do not also live in the neighborhood.
How many surveys are we collecting? We aim to have 20% of households represented from the entire neighborhood.
If you're not sure if you live in either Church Row or Walnut neighborhoods, please look at the maps provided.
If you have questions, please email the survey team at: neighborhoodsurvey2025@gmail.com!
