You work hard every day. Owning a home should feel possible.
The Blueprints Financial Coaching Program provides one-on-one financial coaching and practical support to help you build savings, strengthen credit, and prepare for homeownership.
Is Blueprints Right for You?
This program was designed for working individuals and families who want to become homeowners but need additional support to get there.
Blueprints might be a good fit if:
• You work hard but still feel stuck renting
• You have a steady income but struggle to build savings
• You've been told your credit needs improvement before qualifying for a mortage
• You earn too much for many assistance programs, but still cannot comfortably buy a home
• You want long-term stability for yourself or your family
Eligibility
Blueprints is designed for households earning up to 120% of Area Median Income who are working towards mortagage readiness.
If your credit, savings, or debt-to-income ratio are preventing you from qualifying for a home loan today, this program may help you create a plan for the future.
Applicants with credit scores below 640 may be eligible.
